The Materials That Make It Happen
The tube is quartz. Why? Because it handles sudden temperature swings without flinching, and it transmits infrared consistently. Inside, the halogen cycle keeps the filament stable over long runs. No blackening. No drop-off. Just steady output, shift after shift. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s a direct, bi-pin setup that locks the lamp into the reflector.
