They often put out a harsh, blinding glare that feels more like a stadium light than a home amenity. It’s stressful on the eyes.&#xA;To fix this, we use special coatings or filtered quartz glass. Think of it like a pair of sunglasses for your heater. It blocks out that aggressive blue light and the blinding glare, but lets the actual warmth slide right through. You get the cozy feeling on your skin without feeling like you&amp;rsquo;re staring into the sun.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Under the hood&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We stick with high-purity quartz tubes because they stay stable. The real trick, though, is in the filament. We tweak the gas inside and the thickness of the wire so the lamp hits a &amp;ldquo;sweet spot&amp;rdquo;—usually between 1.0 and 3.0 microns.&#xA;Why does that matter? Because that&amp;rsquo;s the exact range where your body actually absorbs heat. They plug into your standard bathroom circuits, but please—&lt;strong&gt;give them some breathing room.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Even with the fancy filters, these tubes get incredibly hot. If you cram the fixture into a tight space with no airflow, the heat just soaks back into the filament. That&amp;rsquo;s a fast track to burning out your bulb way sooner than it should.
