The Bedroom Heater That Keeps the Peace
Here’s the truth: a bedroom heater that sounds like a jet engine is a deal-breaker. You just want warmth, without the racket. So we built something different. We ditched the fan entirely and went straight for radiant heat. These quiet units use shortwave infrared halogen elements to send warmth right where you need it—on you, on your furniture—not into the air.
What’s Under the Hood
We started with one clear goal: serious warmth in a small footprint. The core is a 2500W, 400V halogen tube. It packs a ton of heat into a compact space, so you can warm up a bedroom fast without giving up precious floor room. And the 300mm length? That keeps the element close to the reflector. The result is a tighter beam and more efficient spot heating, right where you want it.
Built to Last
We chose quartz for the tube because it handles sudden temperature shifts like a champ. No stress, no cracking. Inside, the halogen fill keeps the filament temperature steady. That means consistent output over the life of the lamp and far fewer surprise burnouts. And the R7s base is as straightforward as it gets. It’s a tough, direct connection—no extra sockets to fuss with. Just line it up and wire it in.
The Payoff: Comfort, Quietly Delivered
In a bedroom, comfort means staying undisturbed. With radiant heat, surfaces and people warm up directly, so you can run the heater steadily without fans kicking on and off. Now, high wattage does mean you need smart thermal management. So we made sure the enclosure and mounting handle the heat, so your room stays quiet, controlled, and cozy.
